Nolastro unites two of my deepest passions: astrology and New Orleans, the city I call home and the place where I live, teach, and practice my craft.

I have worked as a professional astrologer for over 15 years. My first book, The Art Cosmic: The Magic of Traditional Astrology, explores the techniques and spiritual foundations that shape my approach to astrology. Throughout my career, I have taught courses in astrological divination and magical practice at festivals, gatherings, and online.

First and foremost, I understand astrology as a spiritual art. An astrological reading places both astrologer and querent within a wider cosmic context, recalling the maxim As Above, So Below. We are microcosmic beings, carrying within us the nuances, colors, and resonances of the greater macrocosm. Astrology is a tool that allows us to live out that reality and explore it more deeply.
